Hello to you all!  My name is Kim and I serve as your GAO rep. My prime responsibility as outlined in the constitution is to serve as the line of communication between your student group and the RUCSGA and to ensure the leader lounge is in good working condition at all times.  Any concerns your student group is having should be brought to me first for two reasons.  (1) So I can advocate effectively on behalf of your student group if it is necessary to do so, and (2) To ensure the most effective means to address your student groups’ situation is initiated.  It is my job to know how to best serve you and to provide the resources necessary to encourage group effectiveness and success.  If I do not know the answer it is my job to find it, saving student groups and members’ time and energy.   To contact me, email rucsga@camden.rutgers.edu.  Please put GAO INQUIRY in the subject line.

It is my personal goal to use this year as an opportunity to set up our leader lounge in a way that best meets student groups’ needs and to identify and implement initiatives encouraging our student groups to share resources and create strong coalitions for programming and community service events.  In closing, I strongly encourage you to peruse this website to learn the in and outs of the RUCSGA   and more specifically the funding process for student groups and the community calendar.
